BSIT Programs Outcomes


Each graduate of the program should be able to:

1. Apply problem solving skills, core IT concepts, best practices and standards to information
technologies; • Demonstrate practical hands-on expertise in selection, installation, customizing and maintenance
of the state-of-the-art computing infrastructure.
• Demonstrate practical proficiency in selection, installation, customizing and maintenance of the
state-of-the-art software systems.
2. Identify and evaluate organizational requirements and current and emerging technologies;
3. Select, design, integrate and administer IT-based solutions into the organizational environment; 4. Demonstrate effective communication skills by communicating effectively, both in writing and
in speaking;
5. Demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively in teams by active participation in the effective
planning and execution of team projects; 6. Demonstrate understanding of the social and ethical concerns of the practice of Information
Technology. 7. Describe the need for lifelong learning and some of the methods for engaging in it.
