BIOGRAPHY

Being the most popular of the Boys, Nicholas Gene Carter was born on the 28th of January, 1980 in Jamestown, New York (USA). Being the youngest, Nick has also received the most fans to this day. Due to his extremely good looks, he has gotten many marriage proposals but unfortunately turned them down, to the fans' dismay.

Years before joining the Backstreet Boys, in fourth grade, because of Nick's talented voice, he landed himself the lead in a "Phantom of the Opera" play. At twelve, he won a winning performance on the 1992 New Original Amateur and was featured in a couple of commercials.

Since the age of fourteen he has been playing the instrument of drums, and currently has an interest in boating, fishing, drawing, collecting football cards and playing video games. Also being a prankster from time to time, Nick is a fun-loving boy who has now officially become a man, but of course Nick has yet to grow out of his childish ways.

Before ever becoming a part of the band, Nick was offered a job to work at Disneyland but refused. Fortunately, Nick joined the band and has become one of the sexiest men alive.
