There is only one Troop Committee approved exception to this policy. That is that the Troop will not meet if school is cancelled for the day, even if night activities are not cancelled. If announcements need to be made prior to a meeting the Senior Patrol Level will notify the Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders and Patrol Leaders for the quickest dissemination of information. |
