We are a small-sized running club (~30 members) that meets several days a week in beautiful San Pedro.
Sundays - Point Fermin Park (the end of Gaffey Street) - 7:30am
Tuesdays - Miraleste Middle School - 6:15pm
Wednesdays - Greicos (25th and Western) - 6:15pm
Our workouts are done with the aid of a pace clock and we do many intervals to increase our speed and endurance. We have all ranges of runners from 6 minute milers to a snail's pace.
Our runs on Sundays and Wednesdays are basically fun runs designed to help us log slower (than Tuesday workouts) miles.
