- Junior hockey - 1996 and 2000 in Oshawa
- 1996-1997 - As a rookie, he recorded six points and 76 PIM and was part of the Generals� OHL championship and their run to the Memorial Cup
- OHL First All-Star Team following the 1998-99 season
- 1998-99 - He was named to the OHL First All-Star despite playing just 37 games. Posted totals of 22 points (7G, 15A) that season.
- Missed almost all of the 1999-2000 season after suffering a knee injury during training camp
- Professional debut last season with Syracuse (AHL) on Feb. 18/00
- First professional goal the following night vs. Cincinnati (AHL)
- Assigned to Kansas City before the 2000-01 season
- Career-high 75 games during 2000-01, recording 5 goals, 20 assists and registered a minus-15 rating, with 99 penalty minutes
- Led all Blades rookies in scoring in 2000-01 with 25 points
- Made his NHL debut for Vancouver on February 26, 2001, in the Canucks� 5-2 defeat of the Wild in Minnesota
- Appeared in six NHL games with Vancouver between February 25 and March 11 but did not record a point
- Also played in two Stanley Cup Quarterfinal games vs. Colorado (+1 and 2 PIM)
