"Unofficial" minutes from the November 18^th Planning Commission meeting.
Fairmount Retirement Homes (East Campus) Preliminary Land Development Plan - The Planning Commission has recommended the following waivers:

a. waiver of the curbing requirement.
b. waiver of the vertical curve requirement.
c. waiver of the horizontal curve requirement.
d. waiver of the cul-de-sac radius.

The Planning Commission also recommended a waiver of not transferring stormwater from one watershed to another contingent upon the Township’s approval of documentation from the applicant concerning the transfer including a copy of an agreement with the downstream property owner.

The Planning Commission has recommended conditional preliminary plan approval contingent upon all outstanding comments being addressed.

Consideration of an extension of time to review the Akron Self Storage Plan.
