·        “Unofficial” minutes from the September 16, 2003, Planning Commission Meeting.

·        Ressler Brothers Land Development Plan – The mylars are ready to be signed .

·        Leon R. & Rosella J. Hurst Planning Module – This planning module has been reviewed by the Township Engineer and is ready to be signed.

·        Stauffer Diesel, Inc storm water management agreement – This agreement is in order and ready to be signed.

·        Consideration of Resolution No. 2003-32, setting the 2004 Minimum Municipal Obligation for the Police Pension Plan.  Before adoption of this resolution the Board should decide if they wish employees to contribute to the pension plan.  Contributions can range from 1% to 5% of gross monthly salary and should also be set by the Board.

·        Consideration of an application for exemption from the requirement to use trash collection services from Ronald & Lois Whitcraft, 64 Talon Drive.

·        Consideration of an application for exemption from the requirement to use trash collection services from Colin & Jennifer Hollinger, 136 S State Street.
