4. Approval of Minutes, August 11, 2003, Regular Meeting

5. Subdivision/Land Development

• "Unofficial" minutes from the August 19^th Planning Commission Meeting

• Fairmount Homes – The Planning Commission has recommended a waiver of the curbing requirement and conditional final plan approval contingent upon any additional financial security for stormwater management facilities being posted, and all outstanding comments by the Township Engineer being addressed.
• Ressler Brothers Land Development Plan – The Planning Commission has recommended waivers of the preliminary plan requirement and the plan scale requirement. The Planning Commission also recommended that a note be added to the plan requiring the installation of sidewalks (by the applicant) when deemed necessary by the Township. The Planning Commission recommended conditional final plan approval contingent upon all outstanding engineering comments being addressed.
• Leon R. & Rosella J. Hurst Plan – The Planning Commission recommended a waiver of the preliminary plan requirement.
