- "Unofficial" minutes from the June 15, 2004, Planning Commission meeting.
- Leola Produce Auction –
the Planning Commission has recommended the following storm water waivers: Sections 149-21.J.(3) and 149-21.J.(6). The Planning Commission also recommended conditional Preliminary Plan approval contingent upon the applicant addressing all outstanding issues from ARRO’s May 24, 2004, review letter.
- Peace Road Amish School –
the Planning Commission has recommended waivers of the subdivision/land development and storm water management requirements.
- Eagleview Estates Phase III Final Plan –
the applicant is requesting an additional ten lots be added to the Phase III Final Plan which were not part of the Preliminary Plan. The Board approved the additional lots contingent upon the applicant making a donation of $60,000 to the Township’s recreation fund. Josele has recommended that the Board waive the requirement to revise the Preliminary Plan contingent upon the $60,000 donation being paid before the Phase III Final Plan is recorded.
- Larry Bachman/Bible Fellowship Church –
The Planning Commission recommended waivers of Sections 149-24.H Pipe Size (with the condition that the pipe be concrete), 149-24-I Trash Rack Requirement, 149-25.M Freeboard Requirement. The Planning Commission also recommended conditional Preliminary Plan approval contingent upon the applicant addressing all outstanding issues from ARRO’s May 25, 2004, review letter.
- Hoover Subdivision Plan –
Consideration of Resolution No.2004-22, approving the planning module for the Hoover Subdivision.
- Hoover Subdivision Plan –
Consideration of an extension of time for plan review.
- Akron Self Storage –
Consideration of an extension of time for plan review.
- Warren Nolt Subdivision –
Consideration of an extension of time for plan review.
6. New Business
- Consideration of the West Earl Sewer Authority’s project to extend sanitary sewer service to the Conestoga Manor Village Mobile Home Park.
- Request from the LCHRA to select a municipal representative.

- Letter from Josele regarding the Conestoga Valley Joint Comprehensive Plan proposed implementation agreement.
