5. Subdivision/Land Development

• Anglesea Development – The developer would like the Board to consider a waiver of the definition of a collector street in order that Fallowfield Drive be constructed to minor street standards. The Planning Commission had no objection to this concept. The developer would also like the Board to consider the recreation area proposal. The Park & Recreation Board has approved the recreation area proposal.
• Cloverbrook Development – The developer would like to discuss traffic improvements with the Board.
• Leola Produce Auction – consideration of an extension of time to review the plan.

6. Correspondence

• Letter from DEP finalizing our Recycling Grant. The Board must vote to accept or reject the grant.

• Letter of resignation from Jeffrey Jenks.
• Copy of a letter from ARRO to Jerry Ingham.
• Zoning Officer’s report for April 2004.
• Letter from JoAnne Foss, Executive Director of the Lancaster County Library.
