1. "Unofficial" minutes from the March 18^th Planning Commission Meeting.
2. Fairmount Homes Sketch Plan & Waiver Requests (East & West Campus)
   The applicant has requested waivers of the horizontal curve and preliminary plan requirements. The Planning Commission has recommended waivers for the horizontal curve requirement and the preliminary plan requirement for the west campus only. The Planning Commission feels that a preliminary plan should be filed for the east campus.
3. Smucker Land Development Plan – The Planning Commission recommended final plan approval contingent upon receiving a letter from Earl Township deferring planning to West Earl Township. A copy of the letter is included.
4. Reid Wissler Final Plan – The Planning Commission has recommended final plan approval. The Board needs to take action on the stormwater management agreement and the mylars.
