- Rose Koenig from 87 N Church Street would like to request parking under the Rt. 222 overpass.
4. Approval of Minutes, March 8, 2004, Regular Meeting.
5. Subdivision/Land Development
- Financial security reduction request from D&E Telephone.
- Waiver of Land Development Plan requirements from Benchmark Construction Company, Inc. for a building addition to the D&E operations center.
- Waiver of Reduction of Peak Discharge requirement from RGS Associates, Inc.
- Fairmount Homes (East Campus Expansion) –
the Planning Commission recommended a waiver of the low flow channel requirements and also recommended conditional final plan approval contingent upon all of ARRO’s comments being addressed and the Shirk property issue being addressed.
- Cloverbrook Development –
the Planning Commission recommended a waiver of the plan scale, waiver of the requirement of sidewalk along Newport Road, waiver of the curbing requirement along Newport Road, waiver of the requirement that cul-de-sac’s not exceed the 500’ limit, and also recommended conditional plan approval.
- Minnie May & Jeffrey Steely Lot Add-On Plan –
the Planning Commission recommended a waiver of the Preliminary Plan requirement.
- Melvin Martin Waiver Request –
the Planning Commission recommended waivers of the Land Development and Storm Water Management requirements.
