Consideration of Ordinance No. 166, amending the code of ordinances of West Earl Township to add a new Chapter 16, Fire Companies, to recognize the volunteer fire companies providing fire protection services within the Township and their relief and auxiliary associations; to authorize activities of the fire companies and members of the fire companies for the purpose of defining public fire fighting duties; and to provide additional protection to fire fighters under the workers’ compensation law and the governmental immunity act and eligibility for benefits under the Pennsylvania State Benefit Act and the Police Officer, Firefighter, Correction Employee and National Guard Member Child Beneficiary Education Act.
2. Consideration of Resolution No. 2003-17, assigning first-due response territory to the volunteer fire companies recognized by the this Township.

1. Consideration of a request from the Lioness Club to use the municipal building parking lot Saturday, March 29^th and Sunday, March 30^th.
2. Correspondence from Josele regarding the Eagleview Estates, Phase II Storm Water Management Agreement. Josele is requesting that the Board authorize its execution.
3. Agreement for a PennDot safety grant in the amount of $30,000 for work at Schaum’s Corner. Work to be done is listed in the attached letter from Rettew Associates.
4. Letter from the West Earl Fire Police requesting approval to perform certain traffic control duties in the Township.
