A. Planning Modules – Consideration of planning modules for Millway Acres
Commercial Subdivision, Eagleview Estates Phase II and Meridian Products.
The township engineer is recommending that these planning modules be
approved.
6. Old Business
A. Family Farm Support Business Ordinance Proposals – The Planning Commission
recommendations regarding the proposed family farm support business ordinance
are outlined in the minutes from their January 7th workshop meeting. Also
attached is the original correspondence from the solicitor and zoning officer.
B. Draft correspondence from ARRO regarding engine brake retarders.
7. New Business
A. Consideration of Resolution No. 2003-11, appointing Roberta Keppley to a term
on the West Earl Township Parks and Recreation Board.
B. Consideration of Resolution No. 2003-12, appointing Judith Stevens to a term
on the West Earl Township Parks and Recreation Board.
