    2. Reid E. Wissler Final Plan - The Planning Commission has recommended the following waivers: waiver of the preliminary plan submission requirement waiver of the plan scale requirement, waiver of the slope requirement. The Planning Commission has recommended final plan approval contingent upon the outstanding comments being addressed.
    3. Paul D. Neidermyer Plan - The Planning Commission has recommended that a waiver of the preliminary plan submission requirement be granted. The Planning Commission also recommended that the following revisions be made to the Plan: a note should be added to the plan that indicates when public sewer becomes available, the houses will connect to it and all easements will be extinguished; water service capacity must be granted by the West Earl Water Authority; a completed Planning Module must be submitted. The Planning Commission recommended Final Plan approval contingent upon all outstanding review items being addressed.
