    1. "Unofficial" minutes from the July 16,2002, Planning Commission meeting. Attached to the minutes are project descriptions for Meridian and Wagner Farms.

    3. Service Supply Corporation (mylar signatures) – in addition to the mylar signatures the Board also needs to sign the stormwater management agreement.
    4. West Earl Fire Company No. 1 – The fire company is planning to expand their Building. The Planning Commission recommended that 35 square feet be removed from the impervious area and the land development plan process be waived.
    5. Ronald J & Susan R Wanner Plan – The Planning Commission has recommended that the preliminary plan process be waived and the plan be accepted as a final plan.
    6. Wagner Farms Sketch Plan Review – The ELA Group would like to present this sketch plan to the Board for their information and input.
