"Unofficial" minutes from the June 18, 2002, Planning Commission Meeting.
Ken Pruitt – The Planning Commission has recommended that the existing arborvitae trees remain in place, and the trees specified on the final plan for Batten Circle not be planted.
Melvin Martin Preliminary Plan & Planning Module – The Planning Commission has recommended the following waivers:
- Waiver of the stormwater management plan requirement with the condition that the pasture land be utilized as shown on the plan and that the total impervious area be less than 10,000 square feet.
- Waiver of the requirement that the total tract boundaries be shown.
The Planning Commission recommended conditional Preliminary Plan approval contingent upon the plan being permissible as per the zoning officer and the solicitor and having the engineer’s comments addressed.
Menno Nolt Final Plan – The Planning Commission recommended final plan approval contingent upon DEP approval of the planning module and the execution of a recharge easement agreement.
Daniel King Lot Add-On – The Planning Commission recommended the following waivers:
- Waiver of the Radial Lot Line requirement, Section 155-25-A-1.
- Waiver of the Preliminary Plan requirement, Section 155-9.
The Planning Commission recommended that a note be added to the plan which states, "No construction or excavation (other than normal farming practices) are proposed or contemplated for Revised Lot No. 1 or the remaining tracts." The Planning Commission also recommended conditional final plan approval contingent upon all of the engineer’s comments being resolved.
