    2. RGS Associates - RGS Associates is proposing an addition to their office on South State Street. The Planning Commission has recommended waivers of the land development procedure and the stormwater management requirement.
    3. Mike Mack - Mr. Mack is proposing a revision to the recorded land development plan by relocating 30'x 26' building from being attached to the existing building to detached location. The Planning Commission has recommended a waiver of the land development procedure and the acceptance of the proposal as a revised final plan.
