Honey Scoop  Sutton 1997

A wild and welcome surprise in a year when SA's performed poorly.  I attribute it mostly  to weather and partly to poor soil conditions.  Honey Scoop produced a freaky array of horns, double horns, spoons and flounces.  Pollen was very fertile in 2003,  check  my 2003  crosses page to see just how good it was.   I don't know exactly how to describe the horns in the photo above but I sure love them !!!!  Only time will tell if  it's a good parent.   BTW, Honey Scoop is much better performer here  than Sky Hooks is..
