Franz von Baron Productions - July 21, 2005

Introduction: This is an old mission, one of the first I did for CFS2. It is based on a story from the book "Aces Against Japan" by Eric Hammel. The name of the story was "The Novice," and was based on a mission flown by 2nd Lt. Don McGee while he was stationed at Port Moresby. It's a fine book of stories and I'd highly recommend it to anyone interested in the stories as told by the veterans who flew the missions.

Requirements: You need to make your P-39 Airacobra flyable or have a folder named P39D_AIRACOBRA in your aircraft folder. Everything else I am pretty sure is stock.

Tips: This one won't work as it is supposed to in real time, so warping is the way to go here.

Installation: Just drop the mission and dynamic files into your CFS2/mission folder.

Legal Stuff: This mission is freeware, you may post it where you like as long as this readme file is included as well. Use at your own risk, no warranty implied or offered. Plays fine on my old dinosaur of a system.
