No work for me today....I've had a cold/flu since Friday! It hadn't gone this morning when I woke up. You know how you can never sleep well when your sick?! It sux.
So, so far all I've been doing today is watching DVDs in bed, lol. I've just watched 'LOTR 3' (Return of the King), which me and Rob bought yesterday and then 'Daddy Day Care', and next is 'The Italian Job'.
Well apart from being sick, the weekend was pretty good! We babysat my lil' 3rd cousins on Saturday night, and scored $60!
Well since I can't go out and do anything, I suppose there's no excuses why I can't work on my site and improve it!! As well as the Glitz'n'Glam Awards site, because it's not getting enough visitors!! So people aren't nominating their sites! Grrrr... lol

Okay... yeh I realise my Cameron Diaz layout was only up for like 2 days, but it was just boring!! Another famous actress looking sparklingly gorgeous! So now I have the wonderful Shrek!! Hehe. I wanted to stick this layout up tonight bcoz Shrek just rules! lol. And I wanted a style of site that was different, ie. the Iframe instead of the repeating background going down the page. Hope ya all like....

Omg! It's been awhile huh?! 5 days since I last blogged! Geez nearly a record for me! Haha. Sorry I've been slack! It's just suddenly got busier! I've got lots of work now, so it's hard to do any site-related stuff at work! And I dunno.. the weekend must of been busy! So you should think I have lots to talk about! Well I do....

Ooooo I'm so lucky!! My birthday isn't till the 20th of June, but on Saturday Rob bought me my bday prezzie and has let me set it up and use it already!! 
Guess what it is?? ............A stereo that plays DVDs!!! OMG! lol.. It's so cool! It's silver with blue lights & buttons. When you plug it into the TV and play a DVD on it, it's like surround sound around my room! I love having it already... but in some ways it sucks, bcoz no suprise on my bday!.. but ahh well!
I have to say that American Idol is not that great this season, no-one has stuck out yet!! Ohhh that 'Scooter Girl' did, but she's just got kicked off! I'm sure it's finished in America, aye? But don't tell me who wins!! I'll wait... haha.
I've learnt how to do tax returns now at work, and so that's all I've been doing today! Shite it's boooooring. lol.
Before I got my haircut and re-highlighted last week, I was so lazy with it! haha. It's a nice layered cut, but I just couldn't be bothered with it, 'coz it would go kind of frizzy or 'blah' and just hang. But since I've started blow drying it (couldn't be bothered before) after I wash it, it is so much nicer!! It's sits better and everything so now I take an extra 20-odd minutes in the morning's to get ready! haha.
Going to the gym tonight with Rob... woohoo(!).

Friday today!! Woohoo! . I don't really have anything planned for the weekend, but even a slow, eventless weekend is better than a day at work!

Woohoo! Okay new layout is up... isn't it pretty?? hehe.. I decided I wanted a 'pretty' layout this time round...
I haven't blogged in awhile because it's been a hectic weekend and I had to set up the 'Awards' part of my site. Which is already to go now!! Season 1 has started so go nominate!.
Well the hectic weekend... Friday wasn't bad, I went to the movies with Rob to see 'Troy'! Geez the guys in that are sexy! lol... definatly going to have to buy that one on DVD when it comes out!!
Saturday, Rob went and played golf in the morning, I cleaned my room and got his gear ready for soccer that arvo, went to soccer, rushed home, showered and changed for my Dad's 50th birthday drinks with some people he invited over. So had to mingle with rellies and my parents old friends they've known for years. I had a few bacardi & lemonades, but didn't really wanna get tipsy infront of all my old rellies... haha
Sunday had lunch with my Gran, for my Dad's 50th, that was blo0dy filling! Entree, main, 1/2 a dessert with my sister and a mocha. All in the middle of the day!
Yeh so today I'm feeling tired, bloated and really un-hungry!. Hafta have a Weight Watchers meal tonight for dinner! Lol.. after such a bad weekend!
Well hopefully my Awards part of the site will kick off well! Please tell all your friends hehe.
Okay.. this is just a quick blog to ask if anyone can see this big ugly fat writing that's showing up on my site!? Because when I view my site, on my work computer and my home one, this writing in my blog is massive!! and so are the headings! Any ideas why? lol.. I've checked over my style.css but nothing's wrong! lol. (well @ least I can't see it anyways!) & to be honest, I never had a problem before, so I don't know why its buggered now!
I've also decided that I am going to start up a SOTM awards (site of the month), I did want to do an awards site, but I don't know if I have the energy! But actually I might do an awards site.. lol I know there are quite a few around! But the internet is infinate, so, so are the amount of awards sites!
Please leave a comment of whether you would participate or not, of course I would join the site up to directories and advertise it, so lots of people come!

Well today is definatly a sh*te day here in Auckland, NZ. It's dark, muggy and raining!
My car's gone in for a WOF and serice today, hope it passes! It should! *fingers crossed*.
I went to my mum's last night for dinner, was very yummy... curry! Haven't had one in yonks! So it was nice for a change.
I don't really have any news.... as you can see, from what I've written so far! Haha!
Ohhh I do have a new affy though, Julondra, she has an awesome site!! Go check it out!
Yay I get to see Rob tonight! And he'll have soccer training for a couple of hours, probably in the rain.....
I can't believe F.R.I.E.N.D.S is nearly over!! It's such a shame.. I wanna see what happens with Chandler and Monica's baby.. etc etc.. Why can't they just keep working!? lol.
OMG, I watched that thing on TV2 about Pamela Anderson last night! Geez did she have a pretty face when she was younger! It was quite interesting really..
I best be back to work now, we are getting alot more busier! Lots of people bringing in their accounts to be done! I don't mind too much, it does make the day go heaps faster!

Back at work... Monday . Had a great weekend though!
My girls night on Friday was so much fun! Ended up only being three of us, Jo, Liv and me, but we still had lots of fun! We went to a bar in town called 'Minus 5', which it literally is! You have to wear big coats and uggboot-things (that they supply) and you go inside and its all ice and freezing cold, (minus 5 degrees celcius - to be exact) and there ice sculptures everywhere and the glasses you drink out of are ice! not glass. lol. It cost us $20.00 to get in and that included a cocktail and hireage of the warm clothing. I probably wont go again, but it was fun just for the experience! We were only in there 30 minutes, because that's all your allowed because you start to freeze! lol. Cool thing was, that while we were waiting for our 30 minute turn in the fridge/club, one of the bartenders took us next door to another bar, which was kind of joined to the fridge/club (owned by the same people), and bought us a drink! Woohoo! Free drinkies
We went to another club called, Float, where some guys came and sat at our table lol, j/k. I love my Rob. But anyways, Liv is single! So the guys offered to buy us a drink and we said no, as we weren't sure what else would come back in the drink! But I look back now and realise one of us could have gone with one of them! But ahh well. One of the guys was from America, Dave, he got Liv's number!! hehe. And I heard from her today, she text me saying they are going out for lunch on Friday! Woohoo! hehe
Saturday was a slow day... as I didn't get home till 3am Saturday morning! I went to Rob's soccer, they lost this week. Then we did a bit of shopping and then I had to come home and cook dinner (because my dad and his partner had gone to Rotorua for the weekend), before Rob and I went off to babysit! Babysitting was fun! Luckily they weren't out till late though, because I was buggered by this stage! They got back at 11:30pm and gave us our $60.00 and we were off home to bed! lol.
Went over to mum's with some scones, flowers and her gift vouchers for Mother's day on Sunday! While Rob was busy playing golf! haha. We did a bit more shopping on Sunday afternoon, then watched half of a DVD (it wasn't too exciting) we had originally got out to watch while babysitting. Then watched NZ Idol! Woohoo for Michael!
Now I'm at work, and I really don't feel like being here! I know most people could say that about work! But somedays it's just more than others! I don't feel energetic at all. lol.

Well... big hassles to buy a pair of blo0dy shoes! My sister bought a pair a few weeks ago, and I loved them and wanted some (just blank pointy heels), so I tried her's on and they were too small! So I went looking at the shop for the next size up. But of course they didn't have any... the only place with them was St Lukes mall (20 minutes drive away from where I live). So tonight I drove out there, in all the blo0dy work-to-home traffic! So it took longer than 20 minutes! To find that they were too big! I mean geeeez. lol. How frustrating! So I decided to shop around a bit, so the traffic could die down and my trip home wouldn't be aslong. Good news to the story is... I bought the Pirates of the Carribean DVD! Yay! So there was kind of a point to the trip! haha.
Rob and I are going to babysit my little 3rd cousins (my dads, cousins, children) on Saturday night which is always fun! hehe. They are so cute! and so full of energy! The oldest is 5, next is nearly 4 and youngest is 2. lol. They love Rob though, he seems to be able to tire them out so they fall asleep on your lap!
I'm also planning my new layout.. Yay! I've just got so many ideas, I don't know what one to use! haha.

I know it's Tuesday, but geez does it feel like Monday! Monday was a pretty shite day here @ work, our printer/photocopier didn't work! Which was pretty frustrating , but we got it fixed now!
I'm having a girls night this Friday! Yay! going clubbing with my girlfriends who I don't see that often anymore , but I guess that's what happens after you leave school and everyone moves on to different things!! But it will be great to catch up and go have some drinks and dancing out on the town! hehe
Speaking of friends moving onwards and upwards, check out this. That's my friend Nicki they are talking about!! Woohoo for her! So she's leaving little New Zealand and heading off to the big US of A! Of course, she's already been basically all around the world! lol. So I just wanted to blog and wish her lots of luck!. She's leaving August 13th, 
. It will be sad to see her go, but great to see her compete!
