Everyone knows that there is something more than friendship in Sora's and Kairi's relationship.
This is shown in many ways. You can first tell that they like each other, when Riku and Sora have a
race together. Riku says that whoever wins gets to share a papou fruit with Kairi, which will bind
their destinies together. Sora is jealous at the fact that Riku might share it with Kairi. But at
the end of the race, Riku was just kidding and Sora is relieved. Another sign is how on the night
of the separation, Sora is mainly concerned about Kairi and when he meets up with Riku, he is still
worried about her. During Sora's journey, he is always thinking about Kairi and gets people mixed
up with her and that she's there, when she's not. One of the biggest signs of their relationship is
at the end how he promises Kairi that he's always there for her too and that he'll return to get her.
And lets not forget about the drawing, where Sora gives Kairi a papou fruit. When Kairi finds this,
she too gives him a papou fruit.
Now for all of you SxK fans, including me, we all wish that their relationship will go farther.
