on the 3rd Monday of February.
Post this form to the Club PO Box so
that it gets to the Secretary 21 days prior to the AGM.
Or hand it to the Secretary at the
Monthly Meeting in the January.
You (the Nominee) must ask a member
to nominate you and another member to second the nomination.
You can nominate for more than one
position.
There can be more than one Nominee
on this form.
