Chris Jericho took Stephanie McMahon up on her offer and accepted a brand spanking new cWe contract as he made his debut and had his very first matchup in months against John 'Bradshaw' Layfield. Chris Jericho showed no signs of any ring rust whatsoever and came back strong putting yet another win under the imaginary belt that he has around his waist. But it's not going to be that easy all of the time.. every week a different hurdle will be thrown into the path of 'Why-2-Jay' and to climb that ladder to the top of the cWe he is going to have to overcome a hell of alot more than some blue collar wannabe business man. But why not take a look at just how well Chris Jericho performed on last weeks edition of Turmoil.

tnt rewind - Bradshaw starts moving around the ring, waiting for Jericho to get back to his feet! He motions that the match is about to end, as Jericho gets to his knees. Jericho finally gets back to his feet and Bradshaw charges at him, looking for the Clothesline From Hell! Chris Jericho sees him out of the corner of his eye and ducks out of the way, then drop toe holds Bradshaw, right into the bottom rope! John Layfield grabs his face in pain, as Jericho tries to regain his breath! Jericho gets a thumb to the eye as Bradshaw swings some punches.. Jericho ducks it and BULLDOG! Yes that's right Ladies and Gentleman, after going Six and One in the NWA:TNA, being the First and Last EVER United States Champion in the History of the Company, and being the favorite to win the World Heavyweight Championship only to have the Federation close days before that time could come.. THE KING OF BLING BLING IS BACK BABY!!! And he's back with a vengeance, an agenda, and a void within himself, being so close he could feel it, only for it to slip away. Well Chris Jericho has vowed not to let that happen again, and that road to recovery begins by taking The Nations Main Man The Rock, right out of the picture. The Rock is one man among many that stands in Chris Jerichos way, and it's time to get down to business.

Chris Jericho versus. The Rock

Jeritron 5000: The Last we saw of 'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho, he was in his own hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada enjoying himself at a local hockey game. He recieved a call from one Stephanie McMahon who claimed she had an offer he simply could not refuse. And well.. she was right. Stephanie McMahon offered Chris Jericho a chance to wrestle for the cWe and now Chris Jericho is well on his way to greatness.. if he can just overcome The Rock. But overcoming The Rock involves also overcoming The Nation of Domination and with members like 'The Worlds Strongest Man' Mark Henry and Ron 'The Truth' Killings, that could prove to be no easy task. The Rock just coming off of a European Title Contendership Match in wich he won and Chris Jericho is only his second match into the cWe scene, so Turmoil will probably turn out to be just that. The Cameras come to life as we are given a scene of about five or six different people, all seated within the same little area of chairs all (except one man who is sleeping) with their attention directed in the same place in front of them. A Figure comes into the picture standing at the front of the seated group.. that figure, well it's Chris Jericho of course. But what on earth is he doing talking to these people? Maybe we're about to get our answer..

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Now, as I was saying.. I think now is the time for all of the Jerichoholics to unite, it is time for all of you to realize that your King has Returned, and that the hunt for Gold begins yet againe this Thursday Night on Turmoil.. it all started in the NWA:TNA with yours truly whiping the mat with each and every Ass Clown that came my way, the list was piled high Daddy-O and it kept growing.. and growing.. and growing.. until finally, the only way that the Y2J Virus could've been stopped.. the NWA closed its doors. The NWA World Heavyweight Championship slipped right through my fingertips, it was so close I could see my own gorgeous face in the reflection! [ jericho lowers his tone ] But it was not meant to be.. "

Jeritron 5000: Chris Jericho paces back and fourth stroaking his goatee as his very flashy t-shirt flaps to and fro and he thinks to himself for a moment, keeping the unknown crowd in suspense as to what he has to say next. Except of course.. the man who is sleeping. Chris clears his throat and carries on, emphasizing his point even more with a hand gesture here and a head turn there.

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " So you might be thinking.. why not just give up Chris? What if it just wasn't meant to be.. what if every single time you come within an arms length of a Championship bad things happen. Well you know what I'd say to you? Wake up and smell the roses JACKASS, 'cause Y2J is back BABY and the cWe is in for one hell of a show, one hell of a ride, and the European Championship is as good as MINE.. "

Jeritron 5000: Again Chris pauses to regain his composure yet again, freezinf for only a moment to think about his next words carefully before they come out. Is this group some kind of convention? some kind of fan club? We're still left in the dark and have no clue whatsoever.

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Because lets face it Juniors.. Who better than MWUAH.. The HIGHLIGHT of THE NIGHT! Yours truly as The cWe European Champion? The Champion of Europe? I was The United States Champion, surely I could bring more tourists to any country that I choose to represent. I'm a walking billboard, all of my Jerichoholics will follow me to the edge of the world if need be and I'm sure they wouldn't mind stopping by Big Ben and having a cup of tea while I beat the living Hell out of The Rock this Thursday Night on Turmoil and show them who the true Contender is. "

Jeritron 5000: One of the men seated in the front row of seats speaks up.

'American Guy' Ted: " Dude, aren't you Canadian? Isn't there some kind of Law that says you can't be The Champion of Europe, if you're not from Europe.. "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " What's that? Did you ask to speak up? Did you raise your hand up high and ask to speak? No.. I'm speaking here Jerky, not you. But I'm glad that you did ask that question because I myself used to ponder the same thought. Until I became The FIRST and LAST United States Champion that the NWA:TNA had ever seen.. The States had never seen so much tourism pour in from all over the world once I became Champion. And it will be no different for the country of Europe.. they will embrace me as their Champion soon enough, and The Rock will be nothing but a pebble on the side of my road to GREATNESS! "

'Japanese Girl' Lucy: " Uhhhm.. Mr. Jericho Sir, I have a question.. "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " A Question you say? Well if you're going to ask me for an autograph toots I'm afraid that you're going to have to wait until the end of the discussion or else we will be here all day. And even though I know how much all of you would like to sit here, staring at your future cWe European Champion.. but I have places to be, people to see, and an Ass Clown by the name of "The Rock" to be dealt with. "

'Japanese Girl' Lucy: " Well that was kind've what I was looking to ask you.. Aren't you the least bit worried about Mark Henry and Ron Killings, The Nation? I mean they seem like pretty mean and tough guys. "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Mean and Tough? Mean and Tough? The only thing mean and tough about The Nation is the look on their faces when they're sitting on the toilet dropping a load. Yes that's right, The Nation of Constipation is mean and tough alright. You've got The Rock and his little followers.. when he says jump, they jump. When he says do a cartwheel, they cartwheel. And when he says braid my hair and make it look pretty, they braid The Rocks hair. The Nation is just a nickname, a joke and a sham, used to hide the fact that The Rock, Mark Henry, and Ron Killings, are the biggest Jackasses to walk gods green earth. "

Jeritron 5000: The Girl has nothing further to say, that or she is just too afraid to speak up for fear of what Chris Jericho might say or do next. Chris continues to pace back and forth, thinking about what to say to get his point across in what looks to be some sort of lecture meeting of some type. But where did all these people of different races come from? And how the hell did Chris con them into coming to listen to him. This is strange.. Chris looks towards the people who are still seated and don't really look that interested in what he has to say. His attention looks over towards the man who is still asleep as he picks up a nearby water bottle and tosses some water onto the man to wake him up.

'European Guy' Albert: " Ahhh! what the hell did you do that for man?! "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " There's no sleeping while in the presence of a LARGER THAN LIFE Superstar. Just who do you think you are hot shot? Are you too cool to listen to what I have to say? Do you think you're better than everyone else around you? Huh? Do you?.. Well you're not! So sit up, open your eyes, and listen to this Living Legend Lecture because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity. "

'European Guy' Albert: " Whatever Jerk.. I know who you are and I never have liked you. I heard a little bit of what you said, and honestly.. I think that D-Generation X and X-Pac suit my country alot better as European Champion than you ever would.. "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Is that so? Well you're entitled to your own opinion.. afterall we are in America, the home of the free and the brave. Where freedom of speech is a virtue in its very own right. But what you fail to realize Junior.. is that I am a Champion of all countries, of all races, and of all religions. Any man, woman, or child can look up to me as their Champion and be proud. And as for X-Pac? Well it's not everyday that Europe can have a midget with a beard as their Champion.. so enjoy it while it lasts Jackass. Because after this Thursday Night Turmoil when The Rock is trapped beetween himself and a hard place there will be no choice for him but to give in to the Walls of Jericho and.. "

Chris Jericho grins as a sinister thought seems to come across his mind and he grabs his bag and just walks off leaving the group of people sitting there. As the cameras pan out and watch Chris walk off we realize just where our surroundings are. An Airport! Chris Jericho was rambling to a bunch've random ass people just sitting and waiting for their flights. This wasn't a meeting of a Chris Jericho fan club like we originally thought, it was just Chris killing some time before his limo arrived to drive him to the arena. The Cameras fade to black and that's that. The Rock versus. Chris Jericho, this Thursday Night on Turmoil.. Don't miss it!
