The Best of The Best... is what the Superstars of Championship Wrestling Entertainment are being called today. Week after Week, Month after Month these determined athletes go head to head inside the squared circle in hopes of making a name for themselves amongst the crowd of many. It's not easy to strike it big when there is always someone there to strike it BIGGER a wise man once said and it couldn't apply to anything better than to the competition that the cWe has to offer. Everyday a new face signs on that dotted line of the cWe contract and everyday a new cWe Superstar is born as they look to the horizon and hope to achieve greatness in their own special way. But that road to the top will never be easy, even when you are on the top it's only a matter of time before someone knocks you right back down to where you started and you have to do it all over again. Starting Over.. that's what the newest addition to the cWe roster has to do this coming Thursday Night on Turmoil as he laces up his boots for the first time in months and begins his long decent to the top yet again. That man I speak of is 'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho, and that man is cWe's newest recruit! He just doesn't know it yet.. no because you see, Chris Jericho hasn't wrestled since being within inches of capurting the NWA:TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Chris Jericho hasn't wrestled since he defended his NWA:TNA United States Championship and made History by becoming the FIRST and FINAL NWA:TNA U.S. Champion in its entire history. Chris has been on the inactive list, without a job or a ring to Wrestle in for months, but that's all about to change. He doesn't know that the phone call he's about to recieve is about to change his life.. forever.

Jeritron 5000: The Roaring Sounds of an ecstatic crowd can be heard around us, but not a Wrestling Crowd.. A Crowd of Hockey Fans enjoying a game in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada is the sound and just like Chris Jericho doesn't know that he's about to recieve a phone call that is very very important, these people don't even know that sitting amongst them is one of the biggest, brightest, LARGER THAN LIFE Megastars to ever grace the squared circle or a concert stage for that matter. Yes that's right, Chris Jericho is enjoying himself at a Local Hockey Event without a care in the world.. well until now.

Jeritron 5000: Chris Jericho answers his Cell Phone.

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Larger Than Life ROCKSTAR Speaking.. "

" Very funny Chris.. when did you intend on returning my phone calls? "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Well I'm a busy man, you of all people should know that. I mean what on earth could you and I possibly have to talk about? I've moved on toots.. to bigger and better things and to be quite frank, I'm enjoying myself very much. "

" Yeah I bet.. sitting around a bunch've drunk Canadian fans all day is definately something I look forward to doing everyday. But maybe you do know me all too well Chris.. I have been trying to call you because I do have an offer I don't think you can possibly refuse. It will give you an opportunity to get back into the ring, to prove once and for all that you are the real deal Chris. "

Jeritron 5000: Smack.. Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.. the sound of a goal being scored is heard as the crowd goes nuts. Chris plugs the opposite ear with one finger, standing up and moving down the row towards the aisle as he speaks making his way up the steps and out into the arena lobby.

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Steph I know better when making deals with anyone from the McMahon family, and last time I made a deal with you I remember you making promises.. EMPTY promises that ended up coming short when the NWA:TNA closed down just a week before I would have become World Heavyweight Champion. That belt was within my reach Steph and now look where I'm at. You hear all of these people cheering? You hear them going crazy for the moment? Well they could have been cheering for me, ME.. they could have been Jerichoholics chanting my name if you would have pulled through on your end of the deal, so you tell me just why I should even listen to what you have to offer. "

" Well Chris this deal I have for you happens to be with a Wrestling Promotion that I know damn well you have been wanting to be a part of and sink your teeth into. I've heard it in your voice before when you mentioned the letters.. c..W..e. And Chris, I know people in very high places.. in fact, I could get you a match on this weeks Thursday Night Turmoil and you could be signing a cWe Contract within hours. "

Jeritron 5000: Jerichos eyes light up at the thought of becoming a cWe Superstar and beginning the title race all over again. But at what cost will Chris Jericho return to the squared circle for? Would he really align himself with a McMahon just for a Contract?!

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Thursday? But That's Tonight.. how in the hell.. "

" Don't worry about it Chris. I just need to know if you're in or if you're out.. I could have a plane come and pick you up at the airport in no more than two hours and you could be on your way to Indianapolis, Indiana well before the sun starts to go down. "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " Well hold on just a damn minute here Junior.. you're trying to tell me that out of the kindness of your heart, you can get me a cWe contract, get me booked in a match on Turmoil tonight and there's nothing in it for you? I may have blonde hair Steph but I'm no Bimbo, I'm no fool, I know you have a trick up your sleeve always.. what's the catch. "

" No catch Chris.. the cWe is where it's at. The NWA, that was nothing compared to the success you can have in the cWe. I need a guy I can rely on, I need a guy I know that has what it takes to make it to the top and you already proved that once.. now I want to see you do it again. All I want from you Chris, is the same effort, the same blood and sweat you put forth than, I want all that and MORE if you join the cWe. I told Paul Heyman I would find a Superstar suitable enough to take to the top and I can't think of anyone better than you Chris.. we were unstoppable than and we can be even more unstoppable now. "

Jeritron 5000: The roar of the crowd can be heard yet again as Chris turns around to look back towards the entrance way where he just came from. People are standing on their feet as it seems as if one of th teams has scored another goal, who it's hard to tell. Chris looks to be deep in his own thoughts as Stephanie remains silent on the other end awaiting his response.

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " I'll call you back Steph, I'm missing the game. "

" Chris don't do this.. you could be passing up the biggest opportunity of your life. "

'why-2-jay' Chris Jericho: " What?.. [ static noises] I can't hear you Steph.. [ static noises] you seem to be breaking up. It Must be a bad connection.. "

Click.. Jericho flips the cell phone closed as a grin starts to form across his face from ear to ear. He begins the walk back towards his seat with quite alot to think about that is on his plate now. Will Chris Jericho be in Indianapolis, Indiana at Thursday Night Turmoil?! Tune in to find out..
