I mean.. you look at Randy Orton and you think that he's the type of guy that would want to earn everything that comes his way right?.. right. So Now all this talk about Randy Orton and Triple H has really steered away from the big picture. Sure these two men hate each other but what exactly causes them to act such a way? What causes Randy Orton to visciously attack someone like Sable on more than one seperate occasion, putting her in the hospital and quite possibly traumatizing the poor woman. Or what reason does Randy Orton have in taking Triple H's World Heavyweight Belt and still keeping it to this very day?.. Randy Orton and Triple H's actions will not go without punishment. And that is why Randy Orton is being taken to court for allegations of Assault, and Theft. Randy is being taken to court for what he claims is rightfully his.. that being The XWF World Heavyweight Championship. A belt he's had in his possession for the majority of the month, more so than The Current Champion himself. The moment is drawing closer when both of these mens lives will change forever.. one for the better, and the other for worse.. New Champion or Old Champion? That's the question to be asked as The Two Thousand and Four Royal Rumble Countdown ticks down to nothing, Two men will go home happy, the rest feel as if they're complete failures. S c e n e: The XWF Cameras now take us back to the court room where a final ruling will be made in just a few minutes in Randy Ortons case. Triple H's Lawyers claiming that he purposely attacked Sable and stole Triple H's Property, The XWF World Heavyweight Championship. The Judge is making her way back into the court room from her Chambers as one of The Jurors at the far end stands, a piece of paper (the final ruling) in her hand. They have made their final decision. What could it be..
'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Would the Defendant and The Plaintiffs please stand.. The Jury has made their final ruling. And Mr. Orton.. please take your feet off of the table, this is not your Home Furniture. "
S c e n e: They all stand as Randy takes his feet down, straightens his tie a bit tossing a smile in the Jurors direction yet again as she can't help but smile back at him. Randys brushes a little something off his Jacket not entirely paying attention as he should be.
'Juror #1' Kate: " In the case of Helmsley versus. Orton.. we the Jury find The Defendant Randy Orton.. "
S c e n e: Theres a brief pause as a needle being dropped could be heard amongst the silence right before The Juror continues reading out the verdict. Randy remains calm, cool, and collected as usual.. as the rest of the court room is about to pee their pants with anticipation.
'Juror #1' Kate: " Not Guilty.. "
S c e n e: A Sigh of half relief and half surprise fills the court room as the Grin on Randys face begins to grow even bigger as he sits back down but not before tossing a cocky and arrogant look over in the direction of Triple H's Lawyers. The Judge slams her little gaffold down on the desk a couple more times calling for order and the people in the room finally begin to quiet down.
'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Well Mr. Orton.. it looks as if Lady Luck is on your side Today. You're a free man, and I wish you the best of luck this Sunday in your match. My Son is a Huge Fan.. this Case is closed. "
S c e n e: BAM!.. one last smack on the desk for good measure and that's the end of the case. Randy Orton is an innocent man. Was it the flirting with The Female Jurors that got him off? Or did they really see The Next XWF Champion in Randy.. Will we ever know?! Randy stands up clearing his throat as some people begin to leave the court room and he raises his voice for everyone to hear.
'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " Well you know your Honor, when it comes to Randy Orton doing well.. luck has nothing to do with it. And I'll make sure that your son gets the show of a lifetime this Sunday Night at The Royal Rumble when a New Xtreme Wrestling Federation Champion is crowned.. in me, Randy Orton. Last year at the Rumble I was The Suprise Number Thirty Entrant, and I damn near won it than. But a year later instead of fighting for a chance to become Champion.. I WILL BE THE CHAMPION. A Year it took me to get from where everyone else is right now.. wrestling for a chance to go to Wrestlemania and to get a shot at The World Title. But I'm already headed to Wrestlemania your Honor, It's already a part of my Future. "
'Suit #1' Phil: " You Son of a Bitch! I'll Kill you for this! "
S c e n e: All the sudden the Lawyer representing Triple H hops over his desk and makes his way over to Randy quickly and starts throwing his arms around, flailing them wildly as Randy ducks, turns and plants the man down right in the middle of the court room with an RKO. The Lawyer is out cold as Randy fixes his suit, making sure nothing was ripped or torn on his very expensive suit. The Bailiff picks the unconcious (but not for long) lawyer up and begins dragging him out of the court room. The man comes to and begins yelling out obscenities on the way out as he slowly regains conciousness.
'Suit #1' Phil: " You're done Orton! You will not be World Champion! MARK MY WORDS! "
'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " yeah and mark my words Pal.. I will be Champion after The Royal Rumble, and Triple H will be nothing more than a forgotten memory after I'm through with him. They wont even be able to seel Triple H action figures anymore because no one will remember him. They will all be too busy buying my action figure, wich will be much better looking if I don't say so myself. "
'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Well alright Mr. Orton. The court room isn't any place for you to hype your big Pay per View Match. You're a free man now.. just don't let me see you back in here. "

Randy is just about the last person out of the court room when The Judge calls out his name and signals for him to follow her with her finger as she enters the door to her chambers and Randy Orton follows closely behind.
