S c e n e: The Scene.. well it is that of a Court Room, brightly lit from the open windows that it allows plenty of sunlight in on the crowded court room floor. The Jurors are in their respected spots, Two guys we'll call Suit #1 and Suit #2 who we Imagine are here on behalf of Triple H and are the Plaintiffs. On the opposide side to their left is none other than Number One Contender and Defendant Randy Orton, dawning a very expensive looking as well as casual suit, just taking his sunglasses off not a moment after the cameras veer over to him. He Looks Calm, Cool, and Collected as usual.. Like he doesn't have a care in the world. And why the hell should he? He's got a World Title Match in just under a week and I even think that a couple of the chicks in the jurors booth have thrown him some winks. And.. what's this? He has no lawyer, is he going to act in his own defense?.. The Bailiff steps forward before any questions can be asked as Court now seems to be in session.

'THE BAILIFF' Gerald: " All Rise.. The Honorable Judge Stevenson now residing. In the case of Helmsley versus. Orton, case number Two Two Nine.. on accusations of Grand Theft of Mr. Helmsleys Championship Belt and Assault of an Associate of his with Intent to cause Bodily Harm. "

S c e n e: The Judge enters The Court through her chamber doors and takers her seat in the chair up top of the podium that overlooks the entire room. She looks around putting her glasses on and slamming the gaffold down on the wooden plate placed ontop of her desk. Everyone in the room sits immediately as Randy Orton kind've glances around taking his time and he seems to stare right through The Judge, showing no signs of being guilty.

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " You may all sit now.. We'll start with you Sirs.. [ Pointing Towards The Plaintiff(s) ] You are The Lawyers of The Plaintiff Mr. Helmsley, also known as Triple H of The Xtreme Wrestling Federation?.. whom' of wich you claim that this belt belongs too? "

'Suit #1' Phil: " That's correct Your Honor.. Mr. Orton took Mr. Helmsleys', our Clients World Title on the Second of January and hasn't returned it, or shown any signs of wanting to return it since. He Claims that it is his when it most definately is not.. "

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " So he's had it for approximately nineteen days.. "

'Suit #1' Phil: " Correct.. "

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " And I'll have it for alot longer than that.. "

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Mr. Orton.. another outburst like that when you have not been called upon to speak will get you kicked out of this court room. That was completely uncalled for.. "

S c e n e: Randy points a finger at the Judge gesturing to her that he understands her. He even dares enough to throw a little wink in her direction.. but The Judge seems to have looked away before right before, not catching it. What would she have done if she saw that? is Randy Orton crazy?! You don't wink at a Judge unless.. well unless your name is Randy Orton. What can't this guy do?

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Okay than.. would the Plaintiff please begin. "

'Suit #1' Phil: " Well your Honor.. it's quite simple really. Ever since The Xtreme Wrestling Federation re-opened its doors these two men have not liked each other at all. Mr. Orton over there even attacked Mr. Helmsleys Associate Sable, on more than one occasion. Wich is the other reason as to why we are here today.. "

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " Objection your Honor.. "

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Continue.. "

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " Well it is really obvious to everyone that Triple H's "Associate" if we can call her that.. well she was all over me Your Honor. And when she couldn't have me she attempted to get what she wanted by force.. I was simply acting in self defense. What any Semi-Intelligent person would do.. But as far as this whole stealing of "Triple H's" World Title goes. It never was Hunters Belt.. Ever since he supposively "won it", I've been better than him on every occasion that we've been face to face. You see cause I grew out of Games a long time ago your Honor.. and everyone in this Court Room will soon find out that I am the rightful Champion when I beat Hunter at The Rumble. I Said it all along, that the year Two Thousand and Four would be my year.. the year of Randy Orton, and I proved it when I took MY World Title Belt from Hunter on the Second day of January.. on Redemption. But that wasn't the beginning of the end for Hunter, oh no. It all began for him at Up In Smoke when I crashed his little celebration party moments after he won his big match and I proved in front of everybody watching, that I was the better man. Because when a Number One Contender is crowned it makes alott've people turn and think.. just what if this man is better. And I AM BETTER Your Honor. And right now all of you people are looking at an innocent man, this belt belongs to me and I'll confirm that belief at The Rumble in just a few short days, right here in Philadalphia. Where The Eagles Failed, Randy Orton will succeed. "

S c e n e: Why Would He Say That?! Don't Say That!..

'Suit #1' Phil: " Your Honor, it's obvious that the man is lying.. our Client, Mr. Helmsley won that belt, he earned it a little under a month ago at The XWF's First Pay Per View. All Randy Orton did was attack My Client after the match, and continued to do so week after week since that date. The second occasion is when he took the belt from my Client and all we really want is for him to give it back. "

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Mr. Orton.. you are aware that Theft and Assault are both Crimes here in the United States and that you could be fined, even thrown in Jail if you are found Guilty. We will not accept Liars in this Court Room Mr. Orton and we will find out the truth eventually. "

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " Listen Ba.. I mean your Honor. Does this face look like a face that belongs to someone that would steal?.. [ Randy Grins ] And do I look like someone who would have to steal something I wanted, other than earn it? I've earned every single thing since I signed that XWF Contract, and here these guys are trying to discredit me. The fact of the matter is this your Honor.. I'm going to win at the Royal Rumble anyways, so if you allowed those two guys to take my property.. you'd be doing me a huge injustice. Because at The Royal Rumble, Triple H will realize that well.. The Game is up and Playtime most definately is over. Because while Thirty other guys are wrestling for a one way ticket to Wrestlemania for ONE Chance, One Chance that most men can't even dream of.. I'll be taking advantage of my first chance of becoming World Champion. I'll make sure I do everything in my power to make it to Wrestlemania to meet the winner of The Royal Rumble, and hell than I'll beat him too just for fun. Because you see Your Honor.. unlike guys like Christian or any other guy for that matter in the XWF that had an opportunity but screwed it all up.. I'm already as good as gold your Honor.. You might as well have the ring announcer walk right into this court room and pronounce me the winner of the match and New XWF World Heavyweight Champion. "

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Well Unfortunately for you Mr. Orton, that will not be happening. But Moving on.. Does The Plaintiff wish to call anyone to the stand? "

'Suit #1' Phil: " Yes Your Honor.. I would like to call.. Randy Orton to the stand.. "

S c e n e: DUHN.. DUHN.. DUHNNNN.. Everyone seated in The Court Room Gasps for no apparent reason as Randy stands up and walks over to the Bailiff who swears him into the booth, Randy stating that he will indeed speak the truth and nothing but.. the truth. Randy takes a seat, gets a little bit comfortable and awaits The Man we know as Suit Number One to begin questioning him.

'Suit #1' Phil: " Mr. Orton.. Randy.. we all know that at Up In Smoke you won yourself a Number One Contendership Spot to Hunters World Title. But did you.. or did you not, attack my client on numerous occasions up to this very date today, taking his Belt in the process. Yes or no.. and I remind you that you are under oath Randy. And if I have it my way you wont even make it to your World Title Match.. "

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " You wanna make threats Buddy? Lets see how far that threat goes when we're outside of this Court Room. I took my title pal, the same World Title that I never got a shot at back in Two Thousand and Three or Two Thousand and Two. I beat Contender after Contender but never did I get the shot that I deserved, Until Now. Because the way I see it.. at the Royal Rumble I'm coming out on top. How many times do I have to say it? It's like making an investment. Vince McMahon is investing in me because I am The Number One Contender. I've proven I'm better than Hunter more times than I can count on my hands and feet, the title is atleast half.. if not ENTIRELY mine already.. think about it. "

'Suit #1' Phil: " Is it also true than.. that you attacked one Rena Mero.. also known as Sable. Our Clients Associate.. Not once, not twice, but three times, in the timespan of One Month?.. "

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " Yeah but we already went over that.. I told you your Honor, she was practically begging me to sleep with her. Even she said she knew I was the next XWF World Champion.. and the thought of being with Hunter when he lost to me was driving her crazy. She attacked me everytime she saw me.. so instead of accusing me of stealing and assault, why don't you go arrest Triple H and Sable and throw them in jail. Triple H for Fraud, Portraying himself to be some kind of Champion.. when all he was really doing was keeping the belt warm for me until I got my opportunity to accomodate it from him, wich was on Redemption on the Second of January like you guys keep going on about. "

'Suit #1' Phil: " So that's the word you're using for it? Accomodate?.. You stole that belt god damnit, admit it! and when Hunter kicks your ass in the ring I'll get your ass Orton! "

'THE JUDGE' Judith: " Order!.. I Will have Order!.. we will not have that kind've approach in this Court Room, is that understood? now.. Mr. Orton, is there anything else you would like to say or add in closing for your defense before the Jury makes their final ruling?.. and please, no arguing. "

S c e n e: Everyones attention in the court room turns to Randy, as if he's not used to getting alot of attention as is.. Randy seems to take in everyones glances and sits up a little more in the chair as he smiles at some of the girls in the juror booth and looks down at the two Lawyers who look back at him with disgust.

'THA PROSPEKT' Randy Orton: " Yes Your Honor I would like to say a few things. First off, you all may think of me as just another Muscle Head like Triple H, who has no Integrity, no respect for himself as a wrestler at all. Hunter may have cost me a spot in the Main Event back at Up In Smoke against Cactus Jack back in Two Thousand and Three.. but I'm back in Two Thousand and Four and I've already taken his World Title. If he wanted to make any attempts of getting it back i'd gladly accept.. and if he beats me at the Royal Rumble than the title will be his.. but that just isn't going to happen your Honor. I wont allow it, I cannot allow it.. The word Mistake doesn't even run through my mind at any point and time.. this is my chance, not a year from now, not after Wrestlemania.. RIGHT NOW. People look at me and they think ATHLETE.. when they look at Triple H they think of a Conman, someone out to steal and cheat their way to the top, wich is exactly what Triple H has done. Already with me taking care of The XWF World Title the XWF is a better place. Mr. McMahon is sure as hell alot happier, the only people that wont be happy after the Rumble is Triple H, and the Twenty Nine Plus guys who lost The Rumble. But now, it all comes to an end Sunday.. I finally put an end to the joke that is Hunter Hearst Helmsley and finally put all the critics to rest. I will finally become XWF's World Champion and get the last laugh in what will be "The Games" final mistake. This Sunday Night Hunter.. it will be the night that Randy Orton becomes World Champion for the very first time in his still young Career and will also be the night that I'll be.. "

Will Randy Orton be found guilty? Will he make it to The Royal Rumble Main Event Match with Triple H?
