A "bright" atheism that get over
the traditional materialism in the real anthropic dualism of Carlo Tamagnone. The Bright movement is a very interesting contemporaneous approach to life and existence problems under a "naturalistic" point of view (free from supernatural and mystical elements). The representatives of the movement affirm that "bright" is a worldiew and not a philosophy, but a person can be bright and also to think according to our philosophy. In fact, we are together bright and atheist; more precisely dualistic atheist. The real dualism is a new atheistic philosophy, assuming naturalistic and biologist point of view as its base, which was proposed by the Italian philosopher Carlo Tamagnone in 1999. But, and this is the peculiarity, it is also a post-materialism, because aims get over the traditional monistic materialism with all its explicative deficiency. A new philosophic weltanschauung therefore, that is an atheism not-nihilistic, that proposes rather than to deny something, and indicates an existential "bright" and naturalistic horizon very near to that of the Bright movement one. |

The sunflower can be considered the "solar"symbol of every naturalistic worldview that aims the achievement of a way of life that put to the first place the pursuit of happiness. Both the Bright movement and the philosophy of real dualism follow that target. |
|
To be bright and also dualistic it means to have a naturalistic point of view that consider the homo sapiens integrated in the nature as a living being as all others. The anthropocentrism is a sort of psychic illness from which it is hard to get rid of. Yet the Earth is an irrelevant entity of the universe and it would be yet more irrelevant in the perspective of a hypothetical pluri-vers. How long we think about a planed and created universe by someone "for us" and in which are we in the centre of the Whole? |
|
In the water was born the life and in it were evolved the primitive ancestors of every species, including the homo sapiens. But the obstinacy of the religious myths continue to imbue the thought and the conscience of the greatest part of the humanity. When we'll at last recognize our origins and our nature? And yet our cousins that still today are in the sea live the same reality? |

The cruel laws of the natural selection follow a logic that left aside our expectations and feelings and is assignable to a biological reason proper to the living world. But sense of the justice and of the pity are completely extraneous to the biological reason. Then, the reality of the becoming of the living is the same reality of our to have feelings? |

It is just to such kind of questions that we try here to give some answers.
