Membership/Regristration
`There is a $100 yearly membership fee per person. This fee helps recover the costs to rent ground space, pay for awards, and any other misc expenses.
`Please send an e-mail to CCQHA with the following to become a member:
~Member name:
~Member age:
~Member birthday (optional):
And send a check
`There is a one-time $35 regristration fee for horses regardless of age.
`There is no fee for change of ownership.
`Only horses that are 100% Quarter Horse or Appendix (QH X TB) are allowed to be registered.
`Horses may not carry or be pinto or appalossa coloring.
`If a horse dies, is breed, gelded, spayed, or has a foal; the CCQHA must be notified.
Breeding
`All ClipClop rules apply to the CCQHA.
`Only 100% Quarter Horse of Appendiz (QH x TB) offspring can be registered with the CCQHA.
`CCQHA must be notified of when a horse is bred and has a foal.
Buying/Selling
`If a CCQHA horse is sold, the new owner must become a member with the CCQHA if they want to participate in any CCQHA events.
`The buyer of a CCQHA horse must notify the CCQHA of change of wenership (no fee).
Appendix Horses
`Appendix horses will have an X behind their CCQHA number.
Showing
`Any CCQHA member can show a CCQHA registered horse.
`All ClipClop showing rules apply.
