"ONE" Gal's Bakery started since 1965. Gal's came from the name of Galileo Galleli,he is the owner of that bakery.The main branch of Gal's is in the Cebu City. Year 2000,Lorna Tolentino has given the right to buy and shares to build it in National Capital Region (NCR) in Luzon. She is the one who owned the 40 branches here in Luzon.										"TWO" February 24, 2004. Started to built the branch of Gal's bakery here in Crossing Calamba. One of the branch of Gal's Bakery here in Calamba is in the Crossing terminal. Mrs. Irna Julieta L. Blancio was the operation manager. She is the one who manage that business.
"THREE" They built it in where the people can usually go. They didn't use any preservative in any branches. They have a good site of their business.That will captured the attention of the people, who will come and buy their bread to eat. The bread that they are sell was very delicious and affordable to your pocket.										"FOUR" BREAD is good to our body, it has a nutrious ingredients such as eggs and milk. Some people eat this in breakfast. So, hurry!!!, lets go to Gal's bakery!. They will serves us their very delicious and affordable breads to us....
