Scalloped Pineapple



1/2 c Butter
4 c Fresh Bread Cubes
3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
12 oz can Crused Pineapple (undrained)



Combine butter and bread cubes.
Mix well, set aside.
Combine eggs, sugar, and milk,
beat with an electric mixer just until blended.
Add bread mixture and pineapple,
stirring well.
Pour into lightly greased 2 qt baking dish.
Bake uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
