HashBrown Potato Casserol



2 lb bag Frozen Hashbrown potatoes
Greated Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1 10 3/4 oz Can Cream Mushroom Soup
1 pint Sour Cream



Mix all ingredients together except grated cheese.
Place mixture into an oblong baking pan, top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min (on top rack).
