Granny Cake



3 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground gloves
3/4 c butter or margarine
3 eggs
2 c mashed ripe bananas
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrainded)
2 tsp vanilla
1 c finely chopped pecans



In medium bowl stir together
flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and gloves.
Set aside.
In large bowl beat margarine with mixer on medium speed
30 seconds.
Add eggs, bananas, undrained pineapple, and vanilla.
beat till combined.
Add flour mixture,
beat on low speed till combined.
Beat on medium speed, 1 minute,
fold in pecans.
Spread in well greased and floured
10" bunt pan.
Bake at 325 for 70 to 75 min
or tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
