Fudge Brownie Peanut Butter Cups



1 pkg (15.1 oz) lowfat fudge brownie mix
1/2 c water
8 tsp reducedt fat crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c chopped unsalted peanuts



Prepare batter according to package directions
using the half cup water.
Portion evenly amoung eight
paper lined 6 oz custard cups.
1/2 cup batter for each.
Drop 1 tsp peanut butter
onto batter in each cup.

Microwave four brownie cups
at medium (50%) for 6 minutes,
rotating cups after 3 min.
Microwave on high (100%) for 30 seconds.
Repeat with remaining cups.
Cool and frost each with
2 Tbsp frosting.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
