Cheese Biscuits



1 c Flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
2/3 c Milk
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese (shredded)



Mix first four ingredients together.
Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add the shredded cheese to mixture and mix.
Then add the milk.
Stir until all the flour is just moistened.
Spoon out onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Place in preheated 450 oven for 15 min.
Take out and serve immediately.



Note: If you want to change the flavor,
try Parmesan cheese and a dash of basil.
To spice things up,
add 1/2 tsp of chili powder and
2 tsp of sauteed onions
for chili biscuits.
