

Chicken Alfredo

4 oz Chicken, diced 1/2" 2 Tbsp Flour 1 Tbsp Butter 1/8 c Heavy Cream 1/8 package Fettuccini Cooked 1 dash Garlic 1/8 c Heavy Cream 2 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese 1 dash Salt 1 dash White Pepper 1 dash Nutmeg

First cook fettuccini making sure to slightly under cook it (it will finish cooking in the sauce). In a saute pan, add a slight amount of olive oil and heat. Dredge the diced chicken in the flour add to the olive oil. Saute the chicken until browned. Combine the first amount of the heavy cream with the butter in a saute pan and reduce by 1/4th. Then drop the noodles into the pan and stir with a fork to cover all the noodles. After the noodles are covered add the remaining ingredients, heat and mix thoroughly. Plate and serve immediately.
