	Day One 20 June 1844 Walker prepares for the trip. Evidence suggests Walker only expected four slaves; seven would arrive seeking freedom. The impact on water and provisions may have sealed the fate of the group. Walker would hang around Santa Rosa Island for two days, when the seven slaves would come aboard.
