Blue Line 1980's Photo Tour
The Blue Line saw the least amount of changes through the 1980's The only major change was the addition of the new 0600 series cars in 1979. This replaced the fleet of the "PCC" heavy rail cars in use since the 1950's

However in the mid 1990's the MBTA rebuilt many of it's stations from Suffolk Downs to Wonderland. Platforms were made longer to accomdate a plabe to eventually bring 6 car trains to the Blue Line. Other than that, the Blue Line rolls on....
