i wasn't taking any other meds or vitamins at the time i started zyban i haven't smoked since starting zyban. i followed the directions on the box.3 days 1 pill, then 2 a day for the next 10 days and then quit. Irritatability, sleeplessness,poor memory,dis-oriented,moody, depressed,over-excited,withdrawn,poor concentration.sleeplessness and irritability started early. about end of first week.escalated from there.other effects started after first and second week and really escalated after i got off-. (Still mesed up and on multiply meds still in 2001 - no contact with since)
