My name is Jacqueline and I took wellbutrin in 2003 to help me stop smoking. I was under doctor care for work injuries. And I was told that smoking was bad for my condition because I suffered back injuries and smoking increase back pain. I took One pill that night and had a very restful night sleep. The next morning I was going to the mall for an every sale at Robertson May,I felt fine when I first got there and enjoyed shopping with pursing several items. When I started feeling very light head.So I went to the food court to get a drink, I sat and strarted drinking a coke when the light headed felling increased I stood up with difficulty and started walking but my legs felt so weak but I was able to make it to the escalater and back down to the store. I asked a sale lady to help me by calling a cab so I could go home because I was not feeling well,she insisted on calling the paramedic(I guess my looked like I was ill).By that time I was going into uncousiousness. I remenber hearing the parametic say my resperation was 10 as I slipped in and out of cousiousness.I arrived at the hospital and was incurbated with my stomach pumped with carcole.I was unable to give my medical history so they assumed I was a drug addict,I fount out later.I was on a ventelater not breathing for 13 hours to wake up confused soiled and unable to walk or balance my self and with a lost of memory.Once they relize I was not a drug addict and had a reaction to wellbutrim they discharged me the next day with a walker . I was unable to care for myself for several weeks. It has taken me three year to walk and try to have some kind of life.I was a nurse, now I get diablity and strugger fincaly . I can nolonger drive or function.I have memory loss and depresssion,severly.
