you may be asking yourself, what are we looking at?
i had previously created several characters in the past, i was happy with their development but personally had a feeling that i never fully got to write them out to their full potential. afterward, i thought 'i should do something about this!' and overall, completely decided to create this page on my website. i am not the best writer, nor am i the best at invoking emotion or feeling with my characters, this is my passion project. anybody who stumbles across this page, thank you
who are these characters, and what do they want?
the economic state of asia in the late stages of showa weren't looking too bright for those living in japan at that time. the depressing work ethic, bleak atmosphere, and ultimately the feeling of the japanese people wasn't something that should be taken lightly. here, comes along a young boy in his third year of high school. a childlike whismy to every step he takes, and unknowing for the future upon him. with his attitude, and the way he approaches things, you'd think 'is this person 17, or does he have the mind of a 4 year old in kindergarden?' but, in all-honesty.. he likes it this way. he doesn't have to face that music, he doesn't have to dance along with the other societal norms put in place for him. he isn't even aware, or know what a societal norm is. all senri doi knows how to do is live his life, to the best of his ability. and along with the many other compatriots and adversaries he meets along the way.. he'll continue to do so.
