| 11. Have actual noise measurements and vibration levels ever been taken along the flight path or monitored in the populated areas of the proposed flight path? 12. Please provide copies of EPA waivers that address noise levels from low slow circuit flights over populated areas. 13. Please provide the Environmental Impact Statements done by the DoN for Oceana providing cost analysis for sound attenuation to residential housing. 14. Please provide documents of any Environmental Impact Statement done by the DoN for MCAS Cherry Point or MCALF Bogue providing cost analysis for sound attenuation to residential housing. 15. What system does the USMC have in place to monitor compliance with the SOP of Bogue Field to fly at or over 1000 feet when flying over land? 16. What requirements do the DoN use to designate a tourist area a "resort area". 17. According to the AICUZ Guidelines each update is to include a "5 year forward projection of operations". Please provide this projection. 18. What steps, plans or courses of action, if any, were taken by the USMC to address the statement in the 1988 AICUZ that "dense development in Emerald Isle won't impact current air operations because flight paths are to the south over Bogue Banks and sound"? 19. Please provide the documents that clearly present the decision to accept or reject each operational alternatives to reduce noise and accident potential zones, e.g., flight track modifications, altering hours of operation, construction of acoustical enclosures, changes in pattern altitudes. 20. Please provide all records of important discussions, negotiations, testimony, etc., with and before local officials, boards, etc., that indicate all reasonable and prudent efforts were made to preclude incompatible land use. 21. Please provide all documentation generated by the Commanding Officer indicating concerns delivered to appropriate local forums of proposed development beyond the AICUZ boundary. 22. When Carteret County refused to participate in a JLUS in 1990, please produce the documents that indicate the steps the USMC took to prevent encroachment by real estate acquisition.
