Cleo - Fat-ra

" The Queen of De - Nial "

Cleo Fatra began as 39 Chevy fat fendered street rod.   The top was radically chopped and the side posts leaned forward.  A Dodge Viper front end was molded in for the rear window.  All seams were filled and the headlights were frenched.  The custom tail lights were made from a razor guard from a disposable razor.  The airbrushed custom color is Florida Roadstar Orange Pearl over Terracotta.  I hand painted the Egyptian hieroglyphics using a toothpick and metallic acrylic colors.  Gold custom Pegasus wheels were added and the grill, exhaust tips, headlight bezels, etc. were anodized using gold anodized liquid.

The gold lions in the display were from a recent released kit.   The Cleo-Fatra figure was modified especially for this display.  The figure is dressed in authentic Egyptian clothing made from cloth imported from Egypt.  The display base is a solid oak plaque with a metal insert.

This award winning car has been featured in several model car magazines.   Its a fun car to show......even if I have to guard the figure with my life!
