Making Turkish coffee
1. Prepare water, coffee, sugar, a pot, and cups.
2. Put four cups of water into the pot.
3. Put in four spoons of sugar.
4. Boil the water.
5. Just before it boils over, put in four spoons of freshly ground coffee.
6. Bring it to the boil three more times, each time removing it from the flame just before it boils over.
7. Serve into cups.
Tea ceremony
1. First, boil the water.
2. When the guests arrive, bow to them.
3. Wipe the bowl.
3. Put in the tea.
4. Pour in the water.
5. Mix with a whisk.
6. Pass the tea around the guests.
7. Each guest turns the bowl in three movements.
8. Wipe the bowl after each guest has drunk.
