Praise and criticism about Internet appear in the media every day. Let me stress that (emphasizing) the Internet can be both an extremely useful tool but sometimes can take up a lot of your time. But it took me an hour of finding his email address by searching him out on yahoo and google. By all means (emphasizing) use the Internet providing that (stipulating) you have plenty of time to cope with all its distractions and just as long as (stipulating) you have plenty of time to answer email.
