Editor's Take
CREED is another band of the 90's that was on the outer edge of my music interest but one of my teenage daughter's and niece's favorite bands. Their sound is a little more raw edged than what I normally like. After listening to their work a little more closely, I found that they have the potential to be more than just another one of these commercially succesful bands of the time that play 1 or 2 chords loud and distorted over and over again. I am impressed by their music writing and performance. Their covers of a couple Doors tunes really showed their talent and watching Robbie Krieger perform with them made it even greater.
