- Singing "God Save The Queen" for the very first time.
- Miss Morgan's mental arithmatic drills, learning to read, tunics and concerts.
- Sitting on the stairs singing carols.
- Friday dances and plastic class.
- Clay modelling, piano lessons, plays ( I "painted the roses red" and later learned to knit while being Cinderella's grandmother.
- Halloween march through the halls past the judges.Collecting baskets, 4 to a square, and coat hangers, 10 to a bundle.
- Sand table and separate bathrooms.
- Yard games: hopscotch, baseball, skipping, winning the volleyball crest, skating rinks and cold toes, cinder playground, marbles and sitting under the willow tree.
- Adding 4 new classrooms.
- Being "Lefty" of the 197th Toronto Girl Guides.
- Niagara Falls, Old Fort York and the Art Gallery.
Won't likely get to the reunion but my thoughts will be with you all.
