  • Miss Morgan's mental arithmatic drills, learning to read, tunics and concerts.
  • Sitting on the stairs singing carols.
  • Friday dances and plastic class.
  • Clay modelling, piano lessons, plays ( I "painted the roses red" and later learned to knit while being Cinderella's grandmother.
  • Halloween march through the halls past the judges.Collecting baskets, 4 to a square, and coat hangers, 10 to a bundle.
  • Sand table and separate bathrooms.
  • Yard games: hopscotch, baseball, skipping, winning the volleyball crest, skating rinks and cold toes, cinder playground, marbles and sitting under the willow tree.
  • Adding 4 new classrooms.
  • Being "Lefty" of the 197th Toronto Girl Guides.
