I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

     

After a disturbed night full of weird dreams I woke up with that "get thee to the bathroom fast" feeling, threw up a lot and fell back into bed and stayed there with a horrid pain in my stomach all day. In the evening Irene brought me some slippery elm to swallow and lit my fire and I got out of bed and stayed there for a while and drank some fennel tea and watched Forest Gump on the tv. And that was all for that day.
