I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

     

Today has ended better than yesterday. Maybe there's hope yet. I thought for ages that everything was just going to go on being all seperate and I'd just lie there for days listening to the noises and eating nothing. I went into town and bought a pair of quality headphones so that I can lie on the floor and drown out all those noises and still be able to play music without worrying who about I'm disturbing.
But later on Irene came in and said they she and Lorna were going to Aberystwyth to go to the cinema and did I want to come. And I did want to, well, I would have done anything by then just to have some company. We saw a film about Queen Elizabeth (the first one) which was interesting, I can't say I blame her for not wanting to get married. It's full moon tonight, I could see it shining in the sun roof as we drove home (maybe I should have called it the moon roof tonight) and then we took the dogs out for a walk under the moon and cast moon shadows on the road.
Yep, I suppose there is hope.
