Smoke pours out onto the ramp as "My Plaque" by Slipknot hits the PA system as Andy comes out. Andy appears from out of the smoke and stands at the top of the ramp. He wears baggy black Tripp bondage pants, that cover his feet, and white straps that are attached to the back of the pants. He wears a black t-shirt that reads, in white letters, trust me i'm a doctor. Over that he wears a baggy black hoodie with a white anarchy symbol in the center. On the back it says Andy Titsuhiro, the Man, the Myth, the UWF Legend in white letters. He has the hood up covering his face. He has his long hair looking like a punk rocker, with some of his hair covering his left eye. He stands there and grins and taunts to the crowd as they cheer for him. He walks down the ramp and into the ring, getting on the far right turnbuckle and taunting the fans once again
